How do I pay?
You can choose to pay either with a credit/debit card via our app or pay with cash when our rider arrives to pick up your clothes.
Where can I introduce my discount codes?
In the PickUp laundry app, you will have the option to enter a discount code in checkout.
How are my card details stored and transmitted?
We don’t see or manage any information regarding our customer’s credit cards. We have a partnership with Stripe, a reliable and safe payment method.
