Minimum order value
The minimum order value is 200 NOK for placing an order. Please check the website/app to ensure the prices of individual items.
All bulk orders and laundry bags can be ordered without minimum value.
In addition, if you are using a voucher or promotional code, then the minimum order value will go up slightly, but not too much!
Do i need to register to place an order?
If you never placed an order with PickUp before, then it’s necessary for you to register an account. You can do it via our app, or manually through our site.
Some items are damaged or missing, what do i do?
Your clothes are in professional hands and incidents are something extremely rare, although we understand your concern. We have insurance and a money-back guarantee in all of our services so that you don’t have to worry about it.
In the event that your item is damaged or lost we will handle the corresponding claim through info@pickuplaundry.net or +47 40 55 21 00 within a maximum period of 48 hours from the moment of delivery. Check our Terms and Conditions for more information about our insurance.
