Which cleaning products do you use?
Depending on the needs of your garments and the service selected, we use top-rated household products such as washing powder, softener, etc.
What is the difference between the laundry bag, ironing bag and dry cleaning?
Our laundry bag is a service that includes machine washing at 30 degrees, tumble drying and folding of all the items.
The ironing service includes machine washing at 30 degrees, tumble drying, ironing and folding of all the items. (Only-ironing subscription doesn’t include machine washing and tumble drying, we only iron your clothes and fold them neatly)
Dry cleaning is a special service meant for delicate garments which cannot be washed in a regular washing machine, also includes ironing.
Where are my clothes being washed?
We operate with multiple professional laundries and dry cleaners, the one you might get depends on your PickUp/Delivery address!
Can you clean any stain?
We use professional grade laundry products and processes, but even we can’t deal with some stains!
Do you use a tumble dryer?
Yes, we use tumble dryers for most of our regular services.
