All about what to do when expecting a PickUp or a delivery. Time schedules and addresses.

• What are the working hours to Pick up and delivery of my clothes?

  Our PickUp riders are working Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 21:00, and Saturdays 10:00 to 16:00.

• Can I use different addresses for pickup and delivery?

  Yes, of course. If you cannot do it through the app, please reach us in our contact form.

• What do I need to prepare for PickUp?

  You just have to be ready with your laundry! Please double check when putting items in the bag, since we can avoid a lot of issues that way. We also recommend not giving any wet items because they could get moist before getting washed.

• Do I need to weigh the laundry bag?

  There is no need for that, our rider will make sure you have the correct amount of clothes inside the bag.

• Is there a limit to what we can put in the laundry bag?

  The limit is whenever the bag cannot close properly, but as long as it does close, you can put as many items as you like!
